Growing tree lemon in a pot
Buy it from nursery, you might argue that you can grow it via seeds. Ideally yes, but they don't yield fruits within 2-3 years so to get faster results buy a grafted one. Now comes the pot, so the recommendation is to use pot having higher width then depth since the roots doesn't penetrate too deep, also take pots with at least 2 holes so that water can pass in well. Since, my plant is small I am using a 12-inch one but later in 2 years I am planning to change it.
Soil requirements is going to be a 50% (garden soil), 30% (coco peet/river soil) + 20 (compost).
This plant requires 6-8 hrs of direct sunlight otherwise growth would be slow, in winters keep it in green house (if temperature is freezing cold). Add compost/ kitchen waste to it every month. To supply it with additional nutrients provide it with Biozyme (one teaspoon in a month).
pollinators: They would come automatically and are very much needed for fruiting.
